Returns, Afterpay & Shipping
On full priced stock we offer exchange or credit note for change of mind only within 7 days of receiving your delivery, provided that the items are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with all tags with the Petrol return tag still attached. The exchange or credit is for the garment only and does not include original postage charges.
Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
If you would like an exchange or credit a full priced item please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return reference within 24hrs of receiving your purchase. Please include the order number, the reason for return, if you wish for exchange (and which items) or credit note. We will then respond with a returns reference number, which needs to be included on the packaging. Credit notes will be emailed, using the email address provided for your order. We do not offer refund for change of mind.
Products must be returned to the following address, at your own cost with the Returns Reference number included in the address.

If you live within the Brisbane area you can exchange your full priced online purchases in store, provided it is within 7 days of receiving the items, the items are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with all the tags including the petrol return tag still attached.
If we are unable to fulfil your order placed a total refund will be processed including postage.
We pride ourselves in providing quality products. If you receive a faulty product please email email@example.com to obtain a return reference within 24hrs of receiving your purchase. Please include the order number, details of the fault, if you would like a replacement if available or a refund. The product will then be returned and assessed by the manufacturer. If deemed faulty you will receive advice via email and we will provide a refund on product via the original payment method.
We now have Afterpay available for online purchases only. Please note that once Afterpay has approved an order, the order details and order value cannot be changed.
Afterpay is available for customers over 18 years old with a valid debit or credit card.

If you wish to return or exchange a full priced purchase please refer to the procedure listed above. By purchasing our product via our website you agree to your return terms and conditions. We do not offer refund for change of mind. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Currently we ship Australia wide, using Australia Post eParcel which includes tracking on all parcels and we aim to have your parcel on its way within 1-3 business days. At checkout you have the option of using Express Post or Regular Parcel Post and is dependant on weight. All parcels require Signature on Delivery so if nobody is at home for delivery you will receive a card to collect at your local post office. Signature on Delivery provides the safest method of postage.
Orders placed after midday Brisbane time may not be dispatched the same day.
Please note that during the busy Christmas Period, transit times are estimates and may take longer. If requiring a parcel by a certain date please choose the Express Post option.
Parcel Post is Australia Post's regular mail service and depending on destination can take 7-10 business days to be delivered. If you require faster shipping please choose the Express Post option. Express Post is only "next business day" guaranteed if posted before 12:00pm.
If you are purchasing shoes and do not require the shoe box, you can use a 3kg Australia Post satchel instead. To protect fascinators they must be sent in a box so that they arrive safely, please choose the Fascinators box option at checkout.

We currently do not ship internationally please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your international enquiry.
We ask you take care returning product to us by using the original packaging. We recommend registered post as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Alternatively you can choose In Store Pick Up to collect your order instore within 72 hours. We look forward to meeting you in person when you come to Paddington. If you have not collected you item with 72 hours we will contact you to pay for shipping.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Our pricing is in line with the recommended retail price for each item as defined by the brand or label.
